Requirements
1.Valley Drop (1)
- L block to R roundhouse punch to stomach both legs to side sit down and throw
2.Counters to Straight Arm Lock (2)
- Opp applies arm lock from grab. Pressure to elbow bend arm strike groin, back fist takedown
- Opp applies arm lock from grab. Pressure to elbow bend arm pull through ad hip throw.
3. Counters to Back Arm and Collar Hold (4)
- L leg forward duck under, cover face, slap thigh, apply back arm lock, rice bale throw
- R back kick to Knee leg forward, Turn right and fig four takedown or throw
- R back kick to groin, shoulder arm takedown
- R back kick to knee, naked choke
4.Counters to Bar Chokes (2)
- Left and Right Chokes, Strike, Push up and pull down on elbow
- Outside hock or hip / body drop type throw
5.Head Hip Knee (2)
- S block to punch forearm strike to neck headlock dropping hip throw, double arm lock
- S block to punch forearm strike to neck headlock dropping body drop throw, double arm lock
6.Wedge Blocks (2)
- Op grabs lapel both hands inside ops elbow R snap kick sweeping loin
- Op grabs lapel both hands inside ops elbow R snap kick inside hock
7.Shoulder Wheel (1)
- Double block to R roundhouse, back fist to groin kneel down on L knee R push to shin whilst pulling on R arm
8. Locking Techniques Standing & on the Ground (Various students own)
9. Free style Knife Blocking (Various Students own)
10. Defences against Kicks
- Snap kick to groin, side step & cover forearm strike
- Axe/crescent kick Step back & deflect pull down on Gi collar R kick to back of knee
- Step inside R arm under left forearm to kneck
- Back Kick Step in, trap leg with R arm L inside hock
- Step in turn back to kicking leg R inside hock to L leg
- Thrust kick Step in R arm under Left forearm to neck and spin
- Step in R arm under lift leg high
- Roundhouse kick Trap with left arm under Strike thigh with R Inside hock with R leg
- Trap with left arm under Strike thigh with R. R hand back of knee, spin over
- Side kick Evade kick and trap Kick supporting leg
